摘要
探讨段彩段弹纱的设计开发方法。采用弹性短纤维生产段彩段弹纱,通过生产难点分析并进行工艺参数优化,解决了饰纱拖尾、丢饰等问题;通过上色效果、彩长、彩距及给彩量试验,研究了其颜色渐变规律,设计了段彩方案,优化了段彩段弹纱生产的具体工艺参数。认为:主纱采用精梳棉,饰纱采用70%舒弹丝+30%细特涤纶,段彩段弹纱可达到大批量生产标准,并可设计出多种段彩方案以适用不同类型的产品。
Design and development method of segement color elastic yarn were discussed.Elastic staple fiber was used to produce segement color elastic yarn.Through analysis of production difficulties and optimization of process parameters,problems of dragging end and decoration loss of decoration yarn were solved.Through coloring effect,colored segement length,colored segement distance and color amount test,color gradation law was studied,segment color scheme was designed,specific process parameters of segement color elastic yarn were optimized.It is considered that combed cotton is adopted as the main yarn,70%shutansi fiber and 30%fine polyester are adopted as decoration yarn.The segement color elastic yarn can meet mass production standard,a variety of segment color scheme can be designed to suit different types product.
