摘要
介绍了环锭纺竹节纱竹节长度、竹节节距、竹节倍数、平均纱号及平均捻度主要参数的测量方法,结合纺纱实践,详细分析了两类环锭纺竹节纱装置的纺纱原理和工艺计算,并指出在竹节纱生产中应注意的事项。
Measuring methods in mian parameters of ring spinning slubby yarn were introduced, such as slub length, slub pitch, slub multiple, average count and average twist.Spinning Principle and technology calculation of two kinds of ring spinning slubby yarn set was analyzed in detail according to spinning practice. Attention measures in slubby yarn production was proposed too.
