摘要
阐述纱线段染技术(Space Dyeing)的特点以及以此类纱线制成织物的最终用途,着重介绍可实现纱线分段染色的机械设备。以分段染色的纱线制成的织物图案无简单的重复,这是印花和色织无法做到的。这种无规则不重复的图案使得织物上的污渍不易被发现,从而有利于延长不便清洗的纺织品如交通工具、公共场所等所用纺织品的寿命。根据所染纱线的不同,可实现纱线分段染色的设备有经轴染色设备、绞纱染色设备和筒子纱染色设备三大类。
The advantages of the space dyeing technology for yarn and the uses of the fabric made of space dyed yarns are introduced, as well as the suitable dyeing machine. Space dyed yarn can be used to create unique color pattern, which can＇t be obtained by conventionaJ printing and yarn-dyed fabrics. This advantage supports that the fabrics made of the space dyed yarn have an excellent staining hiding ability. Fabrics made from space dyed yarns could be used for automotive, upholstery and household textiles. According to the different yarns, the dyeing machine for space dyeing includes warp, skein and package space dyeing machine, and are introduced separately.
