摘要
介绍了军工系统安全标准化工作的相关背景,并对铀矿冶关停矿山安全标准化建设存在的考评标准滞后、管理力量薄弱等问题进行了分析。结合关停矿山的生产、人员特点,提出了标准建设、评审方式、运行管理和安全文化方面的措施,为各级安全标准化管理部门和执行部门提出了相关建议。
This paper introduces the background of safety standardization of military industry system,and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of safety standardization of abandoned mines of uranium mining and metallurgy,such as the lag of standards and the weakness of management.Combined with the production and personnel characteristics of the abandoned mine,this paper puts forward measures in four aspects:standard construction,evaluation method,operation management and safety culture.And some suggestions are given for management and executive departments of safety standardization at different levels.
