摘要
前坪水库施工规模较大,建设周期长,建筑物多,施工要求和难度高,安全风险系数较大。前坪水库按照“安全第一、预防为主”的安全管理方针,牢固树立安全发展理念,弘扬生命至上、安全第一思想,全面加强安全管理,完善和落实水利安全生产责任和管理制度,开展安全标准化建设和双重预防体系建设,严格落实安全生产和职业健康责任制,未发生一起安全事故。
Qianping Reservoir has huge construction size,long construction cycle,many buildings,high construction demand and difficulty and increasing safety risk coefficient.Qianping Reservoir regards“safety and prevention first”as safety and management policy,firmly establishes concept of safety development,carries forward the idea of life supremacy and safety first,comprehensively enhances safety management,improves and implements the responsibility and management system of water conservancy work safety,carries out construction of safety standardization and dual prevention system,strictly carries out work safety and occupational health responsibility system and there has never been a safety incident.
