摘要
金属非金属矿山安全生产标准化的创建是认真落实企业安全生产主体责任,促使矿山预防和控制事故风险,提升矿山安全生产管理水平的重要手段。通过指导多家矿山安全生产标准化系统创建,总结出了安全生产标准化创建过程分为准备阶段、初始阶段和文件策划三个阶段。通过三个阶段详细指出了金属非金属矿山安全生产标准化创建步骤和内容,并指出了标准化创建过程中应重点把握的六个方面的关系,为今后金属非金属矿山安全生产标准化创建提出了过程建议。
The work safety standardization of metal and nonmetal mines is an important means to conscientiously implement the main responsibility of the enterprise for production safety,to prevent and control risk of accidents in mines,and to enhance management level of mine work safety.Through the guidance of work safety standardization system creation for a number of mines,the create process of work safety standardization was divided into the preparatory stage,the initial stage and document planning three stages,the creating steps and contents of work safety standardization in metal and honmetal mines were pointed out in detail through the three stages,and the six aspects of standardization that the futrue should be emphasized in the process of creating the future,and the creating process of work safety standardization for metal and nonmetal mines was put forward.
