摘要
FDM 3D打印机在使用中出现打印完成的模型难以与平台进行分离的问题。面对FDM 3D打印模型难以分离的问题,利用ARIZ理论建立问题模型,进行创新性设计。获得了11个高质量的创新设计方案,评价优化后获得1个最优方案。验证了ARIZ方法解决复杂工程问题的有效性和实用性,也为开发新型易取模型的3D打印机提供了方案支持,有利于提高FDM 3D打印机的生产力。
In the use of FDM 3D printers,the printed model is difficult to separate from the platform.The study aims to develop an innovative design for the existing problem based on ARIZ problem-solving process,and problem model is established and analyzed.11 high-quality solutions are obtained in the study and one optimal solution is developed eventually.It proves the effectiveness and of ARIZ on complicated issue,and provides support for the hard-to-separate problem,which helps boost the productivity of FDM 3D printer.
