摘要
为了揭示糙米吸湿裂纹形成机理,在Kunze湿应力理论基础上,结合稻米籽粒裂纹的生成与扩展源于谷粒初始微观缺陷与初始微裂纹的基础假设,提出糙米吸湿裂纹的断裂力学机制,即湿应力裂纹形成存在2种典型形式:裂纹稳态扩展形式、裂纹失稳扩展形式,并指出基于连续性假设及经典强度理论的Kunze湿应力方法适用性。
In order to reveal the formation mechanism of humidity induced cracks in brown rice,the mechanism using fracture mechanics was proposed,based on the assumption that the generation and propagation of cracks originate from the initial micro-defects and micro-cracks in grains and the Kunze’s wet stress model using continuity hypothesis and classical strength theory.In terms of the proposed mechanism using fracture mechanics,there were two typical forms of the formation of wet stress cracks including steady-state crack propagation and unstable crack propagation.The applicability of Kunze’s method was pointed out.
