摘要
提出了利用介电特性快速测定大豆含水率的方法,并研制了由信号发生器、可变电阻、圆筒式电容测量仪、电子管毫伏表和示波器等组成的测量装置.研究了不同频率下大豆的电特性与含水率之间的关系.结果表明,在1kHz频率下,大豆含水率与其等效电容值之间的关系曲线图最理想,经拟合得到一个两者之间幂指数表达式,对比试验表明,该测试方法具有较高的精度.
A method of measuring the moisture content of soybean making use of its dielectric properties was introduced, and the necessary equipment was developed, which was composed of signal generator, pressure transducer, cylindric measuring capacitance, electronic tube millivoltmeter, oscilloscope, etc. The relationship between dielectric properties and moisture content of soybean under conditions of different stimulant signal frequencies was investigated. The results showed that at 1 kHz, the relationship curve of the moisture content and equivalent capacitance value of soybean was the most desirable. By way of regression, a power-exponent function was established. Pairing comparison experiment indicated that the precision of this method was satisfactory.
