摘要
随着污水处理规模的不断扩大与污水来源的日益复杂,污泥产量与处理难度越来越大.为了实现污泥的减量化与无害化处理,利用氧化钙(CaO)、氯化钙(CaCl 2)和硫酸镁(MgSO 4)三种药剂构建一种钙镁复合药剂,能在强化污泥脱水的同时钝化污泥中的重金属.实验结果表明,当复合药剂中CaO添加量为20%、CaCl 2为3%、MgSO 4为5%时,经过复合药剂处理后的污泥含水率能降至49.64%,环境中重金属大多不稳定的形态已转化成较为稳定的残渣态.表明该钙镁复合药剂能有效强化污泥脱水性能,并能使污泥中的重金属的稳定性增强,为污泥的后续处理、处置提供条件.
The sludge production and treatment are becoming more and more difficult with the continuous expansion of sewage treatment scale and the increasing complexity of sewage sources.In order to realize reduction and stabilization of sludge at the same time,a Ca-Mg compound medicine was constructed by using calcium oxide(CaO),calcium chloride(CaCl 2)and magnesium sulfate(MgSO 4),which could not only strengthen sludge dewatering but also passivize heavy metals in sludge.The results show that when the content of CaO,CaCl 2 and MgSO 4is respectively 20%,3%and 5%,the water content of sludge can be reduced to 49.64%.The most unstable fractions of heavy metals in the environment have been transformed into relatively stable residual fractions.The dewatering performance and the stability of heavy metals of sludge can be effectively enhanced by the Ca-Mg compound medicine,which can provide convenience for sludge subsequent treatment and disposal.
