摘要
建立了用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器测定化妆品中6种酞酸酯———邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、二乙酯(DEP)、二丁酯(DBP)、丁基苄基酯(BBP)、二(2_乙基己)酯(DEHP)和二正辛酯(DOP)的方法。样品用甲醇超声提取,高速冷冻离心,经0.5μm滤膜过滤,直接注入高效液相色谱,在280nm波长进行分析。用保留时间结合酞酸酯紫外光谱定性,外标法定量。该法的回收率为85%~110%,精密度RSD为0.058%~2.84%,检出限:DMP、DEP、BBP和DBP均为5ng,DEHP和DOP为10ng。该方法准确度和灵敏度高,样品用量少,前处理简单,可同时测定化妆品中6种酞酸酯化合物。
A method for simultaneous determination of sixkinds of phthalates,namely dimethyl phthalate,diethyl phthalate,di_ n_butyl phthalate,benzyl butyl phthalate,di(2_ethylhexyl)phthalate and di_ n_ octyl phthalate in cosmetics by HPLC-diode-array detector was developed.The cosmetics were extractˉed withmethanol byultrasonic,then separated withhigh_speed centrifuge.The upperclear layerwas filtratˉed through membrane with0.5μm diameter.The filtration liquid was injected into GC for detection atλ=280nm.Qualitative analysis of the phthalates could be performed using the retention time of the chroˉmatogram and the ultraviolet spectra of the phthalates.Quantitative analysis was performed with external standard method.The recoveries and relative standard deviation of the six phthalates were85%~110%and0.058%~2.84%,respectively.The detection limits:5ng for DMP?DEP?BBP and DBP and10ng for DEHP and DOP.The sample treatment is simple and rapid.
