炼油污水处理场油泥干化处理技术应用 被引量:5

Application of Oily Sludge Drying Tech in Refinery Wastewater Treatment Plant

摘要 采用“酸化破乳除油+双向剪切楔形扇面叶片式污泥干化技术”处理某炼油污水处理场油泥,处理规模5.06 t/h。实际运行监测结果表明,在酸化破乳除油阶段可有效实现油泥中污油去除与回收,回收率达91.67%,除油后的污泥经离心脱水送入“双向剪切楔形扇面叶片式污泥干化机”处理,干化后污泥含水率可降至15%以内,污泥处理费用相比单一脱水外委处置时下降173.95元/吨,实现了油泥资源化、减量化及低成本处理,应用前景广阔。 The technology combining acidified demulsification deoiling and bidirectional shear wedge fan bl ade sludge drying is used to treat oily sludge in an oil refinery wastewater treatment plant,with treatment capacity of 5.06 t/h.The results show that the treatment system can effectively remove and recover sump oil in the acidified demulsification deoiling stage,with the recovery rate reaching 91.67%.After centrifugal dewatering,the deoiled sludge is sent to the bidirectional shear wedge fan blade sludge drying machine to reduce the sludge moisture content to less than 15%.Compared with outsourcing disposal after only dehydration process,the new system can save treatment cost by 173.95 yuan/t.The application of the combined technology can achieve oily sludge recycling,waste reduction and low-cost treatment,with wide prospects in refinery wastewater treatment.
