Study on Heat Treatment Technology of ZGMn132Cr2 High Manganese Steel for Construction Machinery

摘要 对ZGMn13Cr2高锰钢进行1050℃×1 h水韧处理后,再进行(380~620℃)×1 h时效处理试验。通过OM、SEM、冲击试验、硬度测试和摩擦磨损试验等手段与方法,研究了不同温度时效处理对ZGMn13Cr2高锰钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明:在380~620℃时效,随着时效温度的升高,ZGMn13Cr2钢组织中的析出碳化物越来越多。540℃时效,试样组织中碳化物呈颗粒状,分布均匀。620℃时效,试样组织中碳化物大量析出并聚集长大。与仅进行水韧处理的ZGMn13Cr2钢试样相比,时效处理ZGMn13Cr2钢的硬度与耐磨性有所提高,韧性有所下降。经过1050℃×1 h水韧+540℃×1 h时效的ZGMn13Cr2钢的耐磨性最佳,其失重为28.3 mg,硬度和冲击功分别达到374 HB和84 J。 ZGMn13Cr2 high manganese steel was treated with water toughness at 1050 ℃ for 1 h, and then aging treatment at 380-620 ℃ for 1 h was carried out. The effects of aging treatment at different temperatures on the microstructure and properties of ZGMn13Cr2 high manganese steel were studied by means of OM, SEM, impact test, hardness test and friction and wear test. The results show that the precipitation of carbide in ZGMn13Cr2 steel is more and more in the range of380-620 ℃ and with the increase of aging temperature. At 540 ℃, the carbide in the sample is granular and the distribution is uniform. At 620 ℃, the carbide in the sample is precipitated and grows up. Compared with the sample of ZGMn13Cr2 steel treated with water toughness, the hardness and wear resistance of ZGMn13Cr2 steel treated by aging treatment are improved,but the toughness is decreased. The wear resistance of the ZGMn13Cr2 steel which is water toughness at 1050 ℃ for 1 h and aged 540 ℃ for 1 h is the best, the loss weight is 28.3 mg, and the hardness and impact energy reach 374 HB and 84 J,respectively.
