摘要
石灰石物料运料小车的行走控制一直是依靠人工到现场控制操作箱上按钮来完成.除尘系统管道阀门完全由人工手动控制,达不到应有的除尘效果.针对石灰石生产线控制系统存在的问题,经过多次实验测试与研究,提出了一种小车定位检测和自动远程控制的方法.设计了一种与小车位置相关联的电动除尘阀控制系统,利用PLC、人机界面(HMI)、分布式I/O,通过光纤传输在中控室实现运料小车和电动除尘阀的远程监控,达到系统远程自动化控制的目的和效果.运料小车定位准确,大大提高了除尘装置的除尘效果.
The walking control of the original limestone material transport trolley is completed by manually controlling the button on the operation box. The pipeline valve of the dedusting system is manually controlled,and the dedusting system can not achieve the desired dedusting effect. Aiming at the problems existing in the control system of limestone production line and after many on-the-spot observation and experimental tests,a method of car positioning detection and automatic remote control is proposed,A control system of electric dust valve which is related to the car position is designed. and the remote automatic monitoring is realiced by using PLC,human-machine interface(HMI),distributed I/O and optical fiber transmission. The system achieves the goal and effect of remote automatic control,and the positioning of the material transport trolley is accurate,which greatly improves the dust removal effect of the dust removal device.
