详细介绍了智能循迹小车的工作原理,并从实际制药流水线的角度模拟了小车对药品的传送与运输方式。同时对影响智能小车运行的多种因素进行了分析与优化,并且展望了智能化产品在制药产业前景中的广泛应用。智能循迹小车在制药生产中的传送提高了药品的传送效率,并且可以实现多种流水线模型传送。
This paper introduces working principle of the intelligent tracking car in detail, and simulates the car on the drug delivery and transportation from the actual pharmaceutical pipeline angle.At the same time,the influences of various factors on the smart car operation is analyzed and optimized.At last, prospect is the wide application of intelligent products in the pharmaceutical industry prospects.The method improved the transmission efficiency of the drug,and varieties of transfer model can be achieved.
