摘要
针对目前国内铁路道岔垫板生产依靠单机生产,工人劳动强度大、生产效率低下等问题,开发一套道岔垫板生产线控制系统。该系统利用先进的控制方法使道岔垫板呈流水线生产,可实现道岔垫板的自动化、智能化生产。
In order to realize automatic and intelligent production of switch pad, a set of control system of switch pad production line is developed to make switch pad production line by advanced control method.The advanced control method is used to make the switch pad production line, so as to realize the automatic and intelligent production of the switch pad.
