摘要
采用四种最常用的聚烯烃弹性体对聚丙烯(PP)/滑石粉(Talc)复合材料进行增韧,用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了这四种聚烯烃弹性体的熔融行为和结晶行为,以及弹性体的加入对复合材料的耐划伤性能的影响。同时采用扫描透射电子显微镜(TEM)对复合材料的形貌进行了研究。结果表明,四种聚烯烃弹性体在升温曲线中都表现出了明显的熔融峰,其中POE 9107的熔融温度最高为124.1℃,Vistamaxx 6202分别在64℃和108.5℃出现两个熔融峰,在降温过程中出现了明显的结晶峰。在降温过程中只有POE 8677和POE 9107出现了结晶峰,说明其分子结构中存在一定含量有序结构。四种弹性体对复合材料的增韧效果各不相同,其中POE 8677对复合材料简支梁缺口冲击强度的提高作用最为明显,增韧效果最好,而Vistamaxx 6202的增韧效果最差并且对材料刚性的损失最大。以弹性体POE 8842为例,随着材料中弹性体含量的增加,材料的耐划伤性越差。TEM分析发现,两种复合材料都呈现出了明显的连续相-分散相结构,其中POE 8842在材料中的分散比Vistamaxx 6202更加均匀。
Four different common used polyolefin elastomers POE 8842,POE 8677,POE 9107 and Vistamaxx 6202 were used to improve the toughness of polypropylene/talc composites.Differential scanning calorimeter was used to study the effects of elastomers.And the effect of elastomers on the scratch resistance properties of polypropylene composites were also studied.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was used to analysis the morphology of the composites.It was found that the four elastomers showed obvious melting peak appeared during the heating process.The melting temperature of POE 9107 was about 124.1℃,which was higher than the three other elastomers.Vistamaxx 6202 had two different melting peaks at 64℃and 108.5℃respectively,and a crystallization peak appeared during cooling process.During cooling process,only POE 8842 and POE 9107 had crystallization peaks,which indicated these two elastomers possess several ordered lamellar crystals.The four elastomers had the different toughen effect on PP/Talc composites,the results showed that POE 8677 could increase the notched charpy impact strength efficiently and improve the toughness of the composite significantly.However,Vistamaxx 6202 had a slight toughen effect on the composite with a severe decrement of flexural modulus.The scratch resistance of composites was deteriorated with increasing the elastomer content.The results shown in this research as POE 8842 was selected for example.By the TEM tests,both the toughen composites showed continuous-disperse phase morphology,and POE 8842 phase dispersed in PP continuous phase more uniformly than that of Vistamaxx 6202.
