成核剂对高结晶抗冲共聚聚丙烯性能的影响

Effect of nucleating agent on performance of high crystalline impactresistant copolymer polypropylene

摘要 对比了苯甲酸盐类成核剂(成核剂A)、有机羧酸钙盐类成核剂(成核剂B)、有机磷酸酯盐类成核剂(成核剂C、成核剂D)对高结晶抗冲共聚聚丙烯(PP)刚性、韧性、光泽度及收缩率等性能的影响。结果表明:成核剂B不仅可提高PP的刚性、韧性及光泽度,还可降低产品的收缩率;成核剂A的增刚增韧效果不明显;成核剂C、成核剂D则会使产品的收缩率大幅提高。 The effects of benzoate type nucleating agent(nucleating agent A),organic carboxylic acid calcium salt type nucleating agent(nucleating agent B),and organic phosphate salt type nucleating agents(nucleating agent C,nucleating agent D)on the rigidity,toughness,glossiness and shrinkage rate of high crystalline impact resistance copolymer polypropylene(PP)were compared.The results showed that nucleating agent B could not only improve the rigidity,toughness and glossiness of PP,but also reduce the product shrinkage;the stiffening and toughening effects of nucleating agent A were not significant;nucleating agent C and D could significantly increase the product shrinkage.
