摘要
通过硅烷交联方法对聚烯烃弹性体(POE)进行了改性研究;重点研究了交联时间、过氧化物引发剂(DCP)和乙烯基-三甲氧基硅烷用量对交联POE的凝胶率、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的影响,借助红外光谱、热失重等手段对硅烷交联POE进行了表征。结果表明,交联时间、硅烷和DCP引发剂用量对POE的交联改性起着很大作用,当交联时间在6h,硅烷用量在1.2%(质量),DCP用量在0.1%~0.15%时,POE交联效果较佳,凝胶率比较理想,拉伸强度达到了最大28.4MPa,且热稳定性得到了显著提高。
POE was modified through silane crosslinking. The effects of crosslinking time, DCP, and VTMS contents on the gel content, tensile strength, and elongation at break of the silane crosslinked POE were discussed. The products were characterized using FTIR and TG. When the dosage of VTMS was 1.2 % and DCP was between 0.1% and 0.15 %, good mechanical properties of the POE were obtained.
