摘要
对2019年湖南省完成的国家化妆品监督抽检工作(10个品种500批次抽检)进行汇总分析。通过分析发现,化妆品生产企业在非法添加、染发类标签标识等方面存在问题,应加强现场检查和违法处罚力度,监管部门也应加强自身专职化检查员队伍建设和技术标准的完善。
The national cosmetic supervision and sampling inspection work(500 batches of 10 varieties)completed in Hunan Province in 2019 was summarized and analyzed.Through analysis,it was found that cosmetic manufacturers had problems in illegal addition and dyeing labels,etc.,and on-site inspection and punishment should be strengthened.The regulatory authorities should also strengthen the construction of their staff of full-time inspectors and improve the technical standards.
