摘要
分析了目前高师教育实习存在的问题及各种教育实习模式的利弊,提出“前延后续两段式教育实习”的构想,从而切实有效地提高教育实习质量。
An analysis is made of the problems existing in the current teaching practicum in teachers' colleges and universities and of the advantages and disadvantages of different modes of teaching practicum. A new idea concerning practicum is put forward that is typified by "the division of teaching practicum into two stages with an interval in between" so that the quality of teaching practicum is to be improved.
