摘要
外伤性牙脱位再植术中需要对牙齿进行固定处理,利用不锈钢丝属于传统的固定方式,由于其临床疗效并不理想,于是研发了一种光固化树脂材料应用于再植术临床中。文章通过选择92名外伤性牙脱位患者,将其平均分为两组,实验组使用光固化树脂材料固定,对照组使用不锈钢丝固定。然后分析两组的治疗有效率、牙周状况、舒适度、美观度和切割功能。使用SPSS18.0软件对实验得到的数据进行统计学分析。实验结果表明,在外伤性牙脱位再植术的固定中,使用光固化树脂改良间接粘接法的临床疗效更好,并且能够提高美观度和舒适度。
Traumatic tooth dislocation replantation needs to fix the teeth.The use of stainless steel wire belongs to the traditional fixation method.Because of its unsatisfactory clinical efficacy,a photocurable resin material was de⁃veloped for clinical replantation.The paper selects 92 patients with traumatic tooth dislocation and divides them in⁃to two groups,the experimental group is fixed with photo-curable resin material,and the control group is fixed with stainless steel wire.Then analyze the treatment efficiency,periodontal status,comfort,aesthetics and cutting function of the two groups.SPSS18.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the experimental data.The experimental re⁃sults show that in the fixation of traumatic tooth dislocation replantation,the clinical effect of using light-curing res⁃in to improve the indirect bonding method is better,and it can improve aesthetics and comfort.
