摘要
目的探讨不同矫治技术在口腔正畸治疗中的作用及对患者牙周指标、美观度的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2019年5月-2024年8月在沧州口腔医院接受口腔正畸治疗的80例患者分为对照组40例和试验组40例。使用固定矫治器对对照组患者开展牙齿矫正,采用无托槽隐形矫治器对试验组患者开展矫治。比较两组美观度、牙周健康状况[牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、龈沟探诊深度(SPD)]、炎症因子水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、并发症发生率(牙疼、牙周水肿、口腔溃疡)。结果试验组美观度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组SPD、PLI、SBI、GI水平高于试验组(P<0.05)。对照组炎症因子水平高于试验组(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率高于试验组(P<0.05)。结论固定矫治器和无托槽隐形矫治器在口腔正畸治疗中均可取得较为满意的效果;但无托槽隐形矫治器可以提高牙齿美观度,在降低牙周指数、牙龈炎症水平及并发症风险方面更有优势,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of different orthodontic techniques in orthodontic treatment and its influence on periodontal index and aesthetics of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients who received orthodontic treatment in Cangzhou Stomatology Hospital from May 2019 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with fixed appliance for orthodontic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with bracketless invisible appliance for orthodontic treatment.The aesthetics,periodontal health status[gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),sulcus probing depth(SPD)],inflammatory factor levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),C-reactive protein(CRP)],and complication rate(toothache,periodontal edema,oral ulcer)were compared between the two groups.Results The aesthetics of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SPD,PLI,SBI and GI in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both fixed appliance and bracketless invisible appliance can achieve satisfactory orthodontic results in orthodontic treatment.However,the latter has more advantages in improving tooth aesthetics,reducing periodontal index,gingival inflammation level and complication risk,which is worthy of promotion.
