Multi-factor interaction optimization of laser-MIG hybrid welding for aluminum alloy plate for automobile body

摘要 实验采用了激光-MIG复合焊接方法对汽车铝合金件激光-MIG焊接过程中的激光功率、焊接电流和光丝距,以及三者间的交互作用进行多因素交互优化,研究了各个参数交互作用对焊接接头熔深和相对熔化率的影响.实验结果表明:在不考虑光丝距影响的前提下,激光功率对接头熔深的影响十分显著,而焊接电流对接头熔深的影响并不显著;在不考虑焊接电流影响的前提下,激光功率和光丝距对接头熔深的影响均较显著;在不考虑光丝距和不考虑焊接电流影响两种不同的前提下,随着激光功率的增加,接头熔深均显著增加. In the experiment,the laser-MIG hybrid welding method was adopted to systematically optimize the laser power,welding current,optical wire distance and the interaction among the three factors in the laser-MIG welding process of aluminum alloy parts for automobiles.The effects of interaction of various parameters on the penetration depth and relative melting rate of welded joints were also studied.The experimental results show that the laser power has a significant effect on the joint penetration without considering the influence of the optical distance while the welding current barely has influence on the penetration depth of the joint.However,on the premise of not considering the impact of welding current,the effects of the laser power and the optical fiber distance on the joint penetration are both significant.Additionally,without considering the influence of the optical wire distance and the welding current,the penetration depth of the joint increases significantly with the increase of the laser power.
