摘要
本文通过总结国内城市轨道交通车辆基地上盖物业开发的经验教训,深入分析了盖下运维功能和盖上物业环境的相互影响,提出新建线路宜采用全自动无人驾驶技术,配置新型智能运维装备和节能环保设备,选用环保列车涂装工艺,并且车辆基地还需考虑轨道减振、降噪设计,可有效减小盖下车辆运维对盖上及周边物业环境的影响;通过加强盖下车辆基地通风、采光、防排烟设计以及优化车辆运维生产组织,可有效减小上盖物业开发对盖下车辆基地运维的影响。
The experiences and lessons of the domestic metro depot cover development were summarized in this paper,and the relationships between the vehicle operation and maintenance function under the coverplate and the property environment on the top of the coverplate were analyzed deeply.In the paper,the author proposed that the new metro line should adopt fully automatic driverless technology,be equipped with new intelligent operation and maintenance equipment,energy-saving and environmental protection equipment,and adopt environmental protection train painting process,the metro depot also needs to consider the rail vibration reduction and noise reduction design,which could effectively reduce the impact of under cover vehicle operation and maintenance on the surrounding property environment.By strengthening the ventilation,lighting,smoke control design of the metro depot under the coverplate and optimizing the production organization of vehicle operation and maintenance,the impact of the property development on the top of coverplate on the operation and maintenance of the vehicles base can be effectively reduced.
