摘要
目前,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在国内城市轨道交通行业的应用已经逐步展开,但各地的 BIM 技术应用均以局部应用为主,缺乏系统性。文章通过分析城市轨道交通行业 BIM 技术应用存在的问题及其原因,提出 BIM 技术应用的总体目标,并指出实现该目标的具体途径,即优化组织管理,加强标准体系建设及数据库建设,落实 BIM 技术在设计、建设、运维等不同阶段的应用点,以使 BIM 技术应用贯穿建设项目的全生命周期并覆盖项目管理的各个方面,发挥其真正价值。
At present,the application of building information model(BIM)technology in the fi eld of urban rail transit in China has been gradually developed,but the application of BIM technology in various regions is mainly local application,lacking of systemwide application.By analyzing the problems and reasons of BIM technology application in urban rail transit fi eld,this paper puts forward the overall goal of BIM technology application,and points out the specific ways to achieve the goal,namely,optimizing organization and management,strengthening the construction of standard system and database,and implementing the application points of BIM technology at different stages of design,construction,operation and maintenance,so as to make the application of BIM technology run through the construction project and cover all aspects of project management and play its real value.
