摘要
目前我国很多城市地铁车辆段规划了物业开发,为了将减振技术与车辆段设计有效结合起来。以带上盖物业的车辆段为研究对象,系统地研究此类结构的振动机理,基于国内外研究成果,从传播路径隔振着手,利用有限元建立振动传播规律数值分析模型,并对空沟和填充沟减振技术分别从宽度、深度、设置位置进行模拟分析。研究结果表明,空沟和填充沟单独使用时减振效果不明显,基于此提出空沟和刚性填充沟合设而成的组合屏障减振沟模式,模拟验证表明,该模式能够有效降低结构振动5~7 d B,但减振沟模式不能完全消除振动带来的影响,必须综合考虑其他减振措施。上述研究成果已结合车辆段功能需求应用到工程设计中去,通过运营后实际检验,减振效果显著。
More and more cities plan for the property development of the metro depot in our country. Inorder to effectively combine the vibration damping technology with the design of the vehicle depot, thevibration mechanism of this kind of structure is systematically studied by taking the vehicle depot with theupper property development as the research object. Based on the research results at home and abroad andstarting from the vibration propagation path isolation, a numerical model of vibration propagation law isestablished by using finite element method to conduct the simulation analysis of the width, depth andlocation of the empty ditch and filling ditch vibration reduction technologies. The research results showthat when the empty ditch or filling ditch is used alone, the effect of vibration reduction is not obvious.Based on this, a composite barrier and vibration damping ditch is proposed with the combination of theempty ditch and the rigid filling ditch. The simulation results show that this mode can effectively reducethe structural vibration by 5 ~7 dB, but the vibration damping ditch fails to completely eliminate theimpact of vibration, and other vibration reduction measures must be considered comprehensively. Theabove research results have been applied to the engineering design according to the functional requirements of the depot. The operation inspection shows that the effect of this vibration reduction isremarkable.
