摘要
对脊柱及相关性疾病进行归纳、分析和总结,基于该病发展的时空变化及代偿演变,从中医整体观念、西医病理基础、病程变化规律提出靶态结合的"局部-外周-中枢"三级阶梯治疗,体现了空间多维度、时间序贯性治疗理念与思路。
By inducting, analyzing, and summarizing the spine-related diseases, based on the spatiotemporal changes and compensatory evolution of the development of the disease, a target-state combination "local-peripheral-central" three-step therapy is proposed from three aspects: the holistic concept of TCM, the basis of western medicine pathology, and the course of disease. It reflects the concept and thinking of spatial multi-dimensional and temporal sequential treatment.
