人参低聚肽改善老龄db/db小鼠疾病状态和延长寿命的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价人参低聚肽(GOP)改善老龄db/db小鼠血糖水平和延长寿命的效果。方法:采用db/db小鼠作为2型糖尿病模型。对老龄db/db(生长至70周龄)小鼠摄食量、体重、饮水量和尿量以及血糖水平进行测定,并且对老龄db/db小鼠存活率进行评价,表征GOP对疾病状态和寿命的改善效果。结果:GOP可以降低小鼠体重、摄食量、饮水量和尿量,改善老龄db/db小鼠的生存状态,同时,相比于模型对照组,GOP可以显著减少老龄db/db小鼠肾周脂肪指数和睾周脂肪指数(P<0.05)。通过GOP干预,可以降低老龄db/db小鼠的血糖水平,GOP干预组AUC为20mmol/(L·h),显著低于模型对照组小鼠AUC[50 mmol/(L·h)]。当db/db小鼠增长至80周龄时,GOP干预组小鼠存活率为50%,大于模型对照组存活率(20%)。结论:GOP干预小鼠生存质量较高,并且寿命较长,说明GOP可以在一定程度上改善老龄db/db小鼠血糖情况,延长其寿命。本研究为利用GOP开展糖尿病的营养治疗提供了科学依据。 Objective To get the evaluation of ginseng oligopeptides(GOP)improved blood glucose levels in aging db/db mice and prolong life in older db/db mice.Method We used db/db mice as a type 2 diabetes model.The food intake,body weight,water intake and urine volume,and blood glucose levels of db/db growth to 70 weeks old were measured,and the survival rate of db/db mice was evaluated,which were used to characterize the effects of GOP on the disease state and life span in db/db mice.Result GOP could decrease the body weight,food intake,water intake and urine output of mice,improve the survival status of aging db/db mice,and the perirenal and testis fat index in GOP intervention group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).The blood glucose level of in the GOP intervention group showed the relative lower,and the AUC of the GOP intervention group was 20 mmol/(L·h),which was significantly lower than that of the model control group[50 mmol/(L·h)].When the db/db mice grew to 80 weeks,the survival rate of the GOP intervention group was 50%,which was larger than that in the model control group(20%).Conclusion The quality of life of GOP intervention mice was higher and the lifespan was longer,which indicated that GOP could improve the blood glucose status and prolong the life of aging db/db mice.This paper provided a theoretical basis for the use of ginseng oligopeptides for the nutritional treatment of diabetes.
