摘要
浅析染色棉和精梳棉配比对色纺纱质量的影响。选择了染色棉含量为5%、50%、100%的3个品种,并采用3种不同精梳工艺生产,对原料成本、纱线物理指标进行比较。结果表明:染色棉含量为5%时,选择方案三工艺最佳;染色棉含量为50%时,选择方案一工艺最佳;染色棉含量为100%时,选择方案二工艺最佳。认为:在生产不同比例染色棉的色纺品种时,制定合理的精梳工艺,对提高纱线的质量、降低生产成本至关重要。
The influence of dyed cotton and combed cotton blending ratio on colored spun yarn quality was simply analyzed.Three varieties with dyed cotton content of 5%,50%and 100%were selected.Three different combing processes were used for the production.The raw material cost and yarn physical indexes were compared.The test results showed that the process was optimized with the third scheme when the dyed cotton content was 5%.When the dyed cotton content was 50%,the process was optimized with the first scheme.When the dyed cotton con⁃tent was 100%,the process was optimized with the second scheme.It is considered that designing reasonable comb⁃ing process is crucial for the improvement of yarn quality and cost reduction when the colored spun yarn varieties with different dyed cotton ratios are produced.
