摘要
探讨不同混和方式对色纺纱质量和织物风格的影响。以经典黑、白色为基准,研究了C 19.7tex在4种不同混和方式下,最终的成纱物理指标以及成纱织物风格。结果表明:分别以混棉、并条、粗纱、细纱为主颜色混和工序制成的色纺纱线断裂强度有增加的趋势,毛羽指标稍有增加,而条干逐步变差;同时,织物风格大致呈现"风格均匀→风格弱起横→风格起横严重→风格弱起横→风格点状均匀"的走势。认为:研究色纺工艺有利于织物色彩风格的把握。
The influences of different blending methods on colored spun yarn quality and fabric style were discussed. Classic black and white were used as the benchmarks. The yarn physical indexes and fabric style of C 19.7 tex yarn were studied under four different blending methods with C 19.7 tex yarn. The test results show that the breaking strengths of colored spun yarns produced with color blending process focusing in blending, drawing,roving and spinning separately had an increasing trend. The hairiness indexes were increased while the evenness was worse. Meanwhile,the fabric style showed a general trend of "style of uniformity→style of slight horizontal strip defect , style of serious horizontal strip defect → style of slight horizontal strip defect → style of uniform punctiform'. It is considered that the research about colored spinning process is beneficial to grasp fabric color style.
