摘要
分析影响梳棉机梳理质量和梳理效率的几个因素。从原棉质量、梳棉机产量、梳理元件和梳棉机械状态4个方面进行了论述,提出了相应保证梳理质量和梳理效率的措施和方法。认为:原棉质量是影响梳理效率和梳理质量的重要因素,梳棉产量、梳理元件和机械状态因素对梳理效率、梳理质量的影响共同存在。应从生产实际出发,合理配置梳棉工艺,确定梳棉产量,保持梳理效率和梳理质量的相对稳定。
Several factors affecting carding quality and carding efficiency of carding machine were analyzed. It was reviewed from four aspects including raw material quality, carding machine output, carding components and carding machine condition. The measures and methods to ensure carding quality and carding efficiency were put forward. It was considered that quality of raw cotton is an important factor affecting carding efficiency and carding quality. The influences of three factors including carding output, carding components and machinery condition are affecting carding efficiency and carding quality at the same time. Based on practical production, carding process should be reasonably disposed, carding output should be confirmed, carding efficiency and carding quality should be kept relative stable.
