摘要
回顾中西方医学在发展过程中人文医学思想的各自发展历程,通过对比发现,中西方人文医学思想在侧重点和哲学基础上存在较为显著的差异,中国传统医学中的人文思想侧重于医家个人修养并建立在心身一元论的基础上,而西方医学中的人文思想侧重于制度建设并建立在心身二元论基础上,但它们有共同的起点即起始于对人与自然关系的探讨,也有共同的落脚点即对身体的终极关爱,医学与人文在发展过程也始终相伴随。
This paper reviews the individual development of humanistic medical thoughts during the development process of Chinese and Western medicine.It is found that the two branches differ a lot on focus and philosophical basis.Built on the mind-body monism,the humanistic thought in Traditional Chinese Medicine focuses on the cultivation of the physician.While built on the mind-body dualism,the humanistic thought in Western Medicine focuses on the system construction.However,they have a common origin,namely the discussion of the relationship between man and nature,and a common foothold,namely the ultimate care for the body.In the development process,medicine and humanity accompanies each other all the way along.
