医学院校临床医学生人文素质教育提升的实践与探索 被引量:4

摘要 当前,国际形势深刻变化,世界百年之大变局,中国处于新时代的历史性交汇期。肇始于2020年伊始的新冠肺炎疫情延宕反复,安全的需要使人们紧紧抓住医学,迫切需要高层次医学工作者。新时代对高质量医学教育提出了新要求,但医学教育培养人文精神和精湛技能的临床医学复合型人才是永恒的追求,医学生人文素质教育是医学生的必修课程。作为一所地方医学院校,桂林医学院构建、夯实人文教育课程,以临床实习为教育平台,健全人文教育质量监控和评价体系,不断提升临床医学生人文素质教育的实践与探索能力。 At present, with profound changes in the international situation and the great changes in the world in the past century, China is in a new era of historical foreign exchange. The outbreak of New Coronary Pneumonia, which started in 2020, has been delayed and repeated. The need for safety makes people grasp medicine closely, and high-level medical workers are urgently needed. The new era has put forward new requirements for high-quality medical education. However, it is an eternal pursuit for medical education to cultivate clinical medical talents with humanistic spirit and superb skills, and humanistic quality education for medical students is a compulsory course for medical students. As a local medical college, Guilin Medical University has constructed and consolidated the humanities education curriculum, improved the quality monitoring and evaluation system of humanities education with clinical practice as the education platform, and constantly improved the practice and exploration ability of humanistic quality education for clinical medical students.
