摘要
为了提高路内停车管理水平,对商业区路内停车管理水平进行量化研究。首先建立了商业区路内停车管理水平指标评价体系。其次,构建了基于层次分析法及模糊综合评价法的商业区路内停车管理水平评价模型。最后,采用仿真案例对构建模型的可靠性进行了仿真分析,研究结果表明:不论是指标变化还是隶属度元素的改变都会引起评价分值的变化;评价分值变化率大小仅与三级指标权重有关;建立的评价指标体系和采用的评价方法都具有可行性,能够对商业区路内停车管理水平进行综合评价。
To improve the management level of the on-street parking management,the quantitative study of on-street parking management in commercial district is carried out.Firstly,an evaluation system for on-street parking management level indicators in commercial areas was established.Secondly,based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,an evaluation model of on-street parking management level in commercial district was constructed.Finally,a simulation case was used to simulate the reliability of the constructed model.The results show that the change of the index or the change of the membership element leads to the change of the evaluation score.The magnitude of the change in the score of the grade indicator is only related to the weight of the third-level indicator;the level of on-street parking management in commercial district can be comprehensively evaluated through the established index system and the adopted evaluation methods.
