摘要
以大量数据资料为依据,从纵向层面分析了河南高校人才队伍现状,从横向层面比较中分析了河南高校人才队伍的突出问题,并在初步探讨问题产生原因的基础上有针对性地提出了解决对策。
This paper analyzes the current status of personnel in colleges universities in Henan province from the vertical dimension and compares its problems from the horizontal dimension based on a large amount of data and information.It puts forward some solutions to the problem based on the preliminary study of the causes.
