50CrV钢汽车稳定杆热处理工艺优化 被引量:4

Optimization of Heat Treatment Technology of 50CrV Steel Automobile Stabilizer

摘要 通过金相观察、硬度检测、拉伸试验、疲劳试验和变形强度检测,研究了50CrV稳定杆热弯后余热油淬火热处理工艺和水基溶液淬火热处理工艺,对比分析了两组热处理后稳定杆的组织和性能。结果表明,余热水基溶液淬火热处理工艺后的稳定杆性能良好,其热处理后组织和硬度合理,疲劳寿命高,力学性能良好,各项指标均满足汽车稳定杆的使用要求,性能符合主机厂要求,证明了50CrV稳定杆余热水基溶液淬火为优化的热处理工艺是可行的。 By means of metallographic observation, hardness test, tensile test, fatigue test and deformation strength test,the heat treatment technology of hot bending waste heat oil quenching and water-based solution quenching heat treatment of 50CrV stabilizing rod were studied. The microstructure and properties of the stabilizer bar after the two heat treatments were compared and analyzed. The results show that, the stabilizer rod after water-based solutio quenching heat treatment is good, its microst ructure and hardness are reasonable, the fatigue life is high and the mechanical properties are good, which mee ts the requirements of the automobile stabilizing rod, and the performance meets the requirements of the main engine factory. It is proved that the waste heat water-based solution quenching of 50CrV stabilizer is an optimized heat treatment process.
