摘要
通过形貌观察、硬度测试、组织检验和能谱分析,研究60Si2Mn弹簧钢的失效原因以及影响因素,如夹杂物、表面脱碳、表面缺陷等。结果表明此弹簧钢断裂为早期疲劳断裂,裂纹源萌生于表面及次表面。
Through morphology observation,hardness test,microstructure inspection and spectrum analysis,failure causes of 60Si2Mn spring steel were studied as well as the impact factors of failure,such as inclusions,surface decarburization,surface defects and so on.The results show that the fracture of spring steel is early fatigue fracture,with cracks initiating at the surface and sub-surface areas.
