摘要
通过对高锰钢锤头的组织研究分析与工艺试验,采取调整加入少量合金元素的铸态高锰钢锤头,可以不经过水韧处理,即可满足产品质量要求,并能缩短工艺流程,提高生产效率。
Through technological test and structure analysis of high manganese steel hammers, cast state high manganese steel hammers a few of alloy element added to them, not being malleable water-treated, can satisfy the need of product quality. Meanwhile,the productivity is raised and the technological process is shortened.
