摘要
对不同钨含量的锰钢材料,采用金相显微镜、磨损形貌扫描、冲击韧度检测等手段,研究合金元素W对锰钢显微组织、冲击韧度和动态冲击磨损性能的影响。结果表明,随钨量的递增,锰钢冲击磨损性能有所提高,但提高有限;钨在锰钢中的主要存在形式是固溶到合金中,少量可能以钨的碳化物存在;钨在锰钢中主要作用是细化晶粒和固溶强化。
The effects of different content of tungsten on microstructure, impact toughness and impact wear resistance of manganese steel were studied by metallographic microscope, scanning electronic microscope and impact toughness testing. The results show that, with the increase of tungsten, the impact wear resistance of tungstenic manganese steel improves, but limited. Tungsten is maily solutionized in manganese steel, and some tungsten carbides can also exist. The major role of tungsten in manganese steel is grain refinement and solution strengthening.
