摘要
本文主要介绍侯平玺名老中医近20年来通过不断的临床探索所形成的对化疗药物所致副反应的中医诊治观点。主要包括了从中医角度对化疗药物“药性”的认识,及在此基础上强调中医“整体观”在辨证分析化疗药物所致副反应的指导作用,并确立以“温补五脏阳气”为基本立法原则,以及在此原则指导下通过反复临床实践所筛选出来的基础药物组方“自拟五阳汤”和随证加减的经验总结。希望能够为广大中医肿瘤医生带来一定的启发,共同推进中医肿瘤的发展,更好地发挥中医特色,服务于临床。
This paper mainly introduces famous veteran doctor of TCM,HOU Pingxi's views on the diagnosis and treatment of side effects caused by chemotherapy drugs through continuous clinical exploration in the past 20 years.It mainly includes the understanding of the"drug properties"of chemotherapy drugs from the perspective of Chinese medicine;and on this basis,it emphasizes the guiding role of the"holistic view"of traditional Chinese medicine in the dialectical analysis of side effects caused by chemotherapy drugs;establishing the basic legislative principle of"warmly nourishing Yangqi of Wuzang",and the summary of"self-made Wuyang decoction",a basic drug prescription screened out through repeated clinical practice and experience of addition and subtraction with syndrome under the guidance of this principle.It is hoped that it can bring some inspiration to traditional Chinese medicine oncologists,jointly promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine tumor,to give full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and serve the clinic.
