摘要
呕吐是接受化学治疗肿瘤患者常见的不良反应,严重呕吐的患者无法进食,身体状况损耗,免疫力下降,精神和体力都承受很大的摧残,往往导致无法继续治疗。花宝金教授根据多年中西医治疗肿瘤的经验,认为化学治疗药物多表现为"寒"性,寒伤脾胃,致使脾胃虚损,湿邪停滞。因此,治疗上花宝金教授以"寒、虚、湿"为中心,以温胃散寒、化湿祛浊为治则,强调分期论治、治未病,整体论治、重视兼症,运用中医药治疗由化学治疗引起的呕吐取得了较好的临床疗效。
Vomiting is the common symptom induced of chemotherapy, which results to aphagous, loss of body condition and decreased immunity. In the end, it often leads to withdrawal of treatment. Based on years of clinical experience of treating tumor by integrated Chinese and western medicine, professor HUA Bao-jin believes that chemotherapy drugs are attributable to ＇cold＇, and they usually damage spleen and stomach, result to deficiency of spleen and stomach and dampness stagnation. So professor HUA Bao-jin thinks that ＇cold, weak, damp＇ is the most important of differentiation. His rule of treatment is warming stomach for dispelling cold and removing dampness and turbidity. He also emphasizes treating by different stages and before chemotherapy, treating of wholism, and paying more attention to accompanied symptoms. There is a pretty good clinical effect on vomiting induced of chemotherapy treated by traditional Chinese medicine.
