摘要
介绍以减轻产品质量、保证产品安全裕度、提高产品成形质量、节约生产成本为优化目标的研究方案,经过试制及道路试验,验证了多系统协同优化的铸改锻多目标优化方案的合理性,可为后续同类产品的轻量化设计提供指导。
In order to reduce product weight,to ensure product safety margin,to improve product forming quality and to save production cost,it verified the rationality of the above multi-objective optimization scheme of casting to forging by trial production and road experiment,which could provide guidance for the lightweight design of similar parts in the future.
