非能动核电站主泵泵壳铸件改锻件可行性分析

摘要 三代非能动核电站主泵泵壳一端与蒸汽发生器出口接管对接,一端与主管道冷段对接,焊缝的质量要求较高,各阶段无损检测较易出现问题。受限于铸造工艺的局限性及零部件结构的复杂性,铸件难免会产生裂纹、夹杂、气孔、缩松等缺陷。对此,从技术性和经济性两个角度对非能动核电站主泵泵壳铸件改锻件进行了可行性分析。通过分析认为,锻造能消除金属在冶炼过程中产生的铸态疏松等缺陷,优化微观组织结构,并且锻件的机械性能一般优于同材料铸件,因此,非能动核电站主泵泵壳铸件改锻件是可行的。 One end of the main pump casing of the third-generation passive nuclear power plant is butted with the steam generator outlet pipe,and the other end is butted with the cold section of the main pipeline.The quality requirement of the welding seam is relatively high,and the non-destructive testing at each stage is prone to problems.Due to the limitation of the casting process and the complexity of the component structure,the casting will inevitably has defects such as crack,inclusion,pore,and shrinkage porosity.In this regard,the feasibility analysis of the conversion of the shell casting of the passive nuclear power plant’s main pump to the forging was carried out from the perspectives of technology and economy.Through analysis,it is believed that forging can eliminate defects such as looseness as cast condition during the metal smelting process,optimize the microstructure,and the mechanical properties of the forging are generally better than the casting of the same material.Therefore,the conversion of the shell casting of the passive nuclear power plant’s main pump to the forging is feasible.
