基于ISIGHT的小型收割机机架优化设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】目前小型收割机普遍存在整车质量重、燃油消耗大、燃油经济性较差等问题,优化设计对解决上诉问题具有重要意义。【方法】本研究以小型收割机底盘机架为研究对象,建立机架有限元模型,计算分析模态,获得共振频率及模态振型,测试试验模态,验证模型的准确性,并采用尺寸优化的方法,对机架各部位进行了轻量化设计。【结果】有限元仿真结果与模态试验结果基本吻合,验证了有限元模型的准确性,同时通过ISIGHT进行结构的尺寸优化,机架的重量降幅为22. 9%,实现了轻量化目标。【结论】本优化方法可显著降低收割机机架的质量,同时可为收获机械的自主研发提供一定的参考。 【Objective】Optimized design is of great significance in solving the problems that small harvesters generally have,such as heavy vehicle mass,large fuel consumption,and poor fuel economy at present.【Method】In this study,the small-scale harvester chassis frame is taken as the research object,the frame finite element model is established,the analysis mode is calculated,the resonance frequency and mode shape are obtained,the test mode is tested,the accuracy of the model is verified,and the size optimize method is designed to reduce the weight of each part of the frame.【Result】The finite element simulation results are basically consistent with the modal test results so that the accuracy of the finite element model is verified.At the same time,the size of the structure is optimized by ISIGHT,and the weight of the frame is reduced by 22.9%,achieving the goal of light weight.【Conclusion】This optimization method can significantly reduce the quality of the harvester frame,and at the same time provide a certain reference for the independent development of harvesting machinery.
