摘要
在我国的经济体系中,房地产行业可谓是炙手可热,在这种背景下,也使房地产行业的竞争越来越激烈。但是在近些年来,因为房价过高、银行信贷利息提高等多种因素的影响,出现了严重的供大于求的现象,降低了房屋的成交量,使房地产企业的经营压力与日俱增,房地产企业只有做好成本控制才能够为企业在激烈的市场竞争中谋求一席发展之地。基于此,论文主要对房地产企业成本控制现状和改进措施进行分析,以供参考。
In China's economic system,the real estate industry can be said to be a very hot industry.In this context,the competition in real estate industry is becoming more and more fierce.However,in recent years,due to the influence of many factors,such as high house prices and the increase of bank credit interest,there has been a serious phenomenon of oversupply,which has reduced the volume of housing transactions,and the operating pressure of real estate enterprises is increasing day by day.Only by doing well the cost control can real estate enterprises seek a place for development in the fierce market competition.Based on this,the paper mainly analyzes the current situation and improvement measures of real estate enterprise cost control,for reference.
