摘要
从试剂纯度、消解过程、实验用水、实验室环境条件、器皿和高压蒸汽灭菌器的污染状况及波长定位准确性等方面探讨分析了碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法总氮测定过程中的影响因素,在过硫酸钾溶解及提纯步骤中引入超声波促溶技术,较好地解决了实际实验中过硫酸钾溶解及提纯过程耗时繁琐的问题,对该国标方法做了补充完善,并以2个有证标准样品和4个实际水样测定予以验证。
Water quality-determination of total nitrogen-alkaline potassium peroxodisulfate digestion UV spectrophotometric method was used for the determination of total nitrogen in water quality analysis, the influence factors of reagent purity, digestion process, experimental water, environmental condition of the laboratory, the pollution of glassware and high pressure steam sterilizer and the accuracy of wavelength positioning in the determination of total nitrogen were analyzed, and 2 certified reference materials and 4 water samples were determined to verify the results. The ultrasonic dissolution was used to solve the complicated dissolution and purification process of potassium peroxodisulfate in practical experiment to complement the national standard method.
