摘要
对GB 11894—1989测定总氮的方法作了改进,以烘箱代替高压锅进行消解,并探索了总氮测定的最佳条件。结果表明,消解水样的最佳温度为120℃、时间为45 min,消解后宜采用自然冷却的方式进行冷却。该法回收率在95.16%~101.84%之间,相对偏差均小于5%。
The present total nitrogen determination method of GB 11894-1989 has some disadvantages,in this paper we discuss the best condition of the total nitrogen determination by using baking oven to digest instead of high pressure boiler.The results show that the optimum temperature and time of digestion of water sample is 120 ℃ and 45 min,respectively,and the sample should be natural cooling.The recovery of this method is between 95.16% and 101.84%,and the RSD is less than 5%.
