摘要
高校国有资产作为我国国有资产的重要组成部分,是高校探索人才培养模式、最终实现教育事业健康发展的基本保障。近几年来,高校国有资产管理面临着一些新的问题,主要有管理制度缺失、管理方式落后、资产使用效能低、管理人才缺失,资产管理工作面临着巨大的挑战。高校国有资产管理需要坚持创新的理念,结合学校发展的实际,健全国有资产管理体制机制,创新国有资产管理模式,探索国有资产管理模式,培养国有资产管理专业人才,从而不断提升高校国有资产管理水平。
As an important part of China’s state-owned assets,the state-owned assets of colleges and universities are the basic guarantee for them to explore the mode of talent training and finally realize the healthy development of education.In recent years,the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities is faced with some new problems,such as lack of management system,backward management mode,low efficiency of asset use and lack of management talents.The management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities needs to adhere to the concept of innovation,combine with the actual development of the university,improve the management system and mechanism of state-owned assets,innovate the management mode of state-owned assets,explore the management mode of state-owned assets,and train professionals in state-owned assets management,so as to continuously improve the management level of state-owned assets in colleges and universities.
