摘要
阐述了高校国有资产管理应当以资产管理信息系统建设为支撑;通过信息化建设整合资产管理的过程,规范国有资产管理业务流程,促进高校国有资产管理水平的提高。在推进高校国有资产管理信息化建设过程中,要充分考虑到系统建设的全面性、准确性、动态性、评价性,不断完善国有资产管理系统的功能。
This paper explains that the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities should be based on the construction of asset management informationization system.Through the integration of information technology and the process of asset management, the management of state-owned assets is standardized and the management level is raised.In the process of promoting the construction of state-owned asset management informationization system, it should be fully taken into account that the system should be comprehensive, accurate, dynamic and evaluable with the function to constantly improve the state-owned asset management system.
